The College Network® has partnered with Regis University to offer a bachelor's degree in Health Information Management in a convenient blended learning format. This format consists of independent study and online learning, making it possible for you to continue your education without altering your lifestyle or sacrificing your career.
Using The College Network’s Comprehensive Learning Module™ program, you will earn college credit for your prerequisite and general education courses by passing end-of-course college equivalency exams such as CLEP®, DSST® or the Excelsior College® Examination. Then you will enroll with Regis University and complete your degree online.

A degree in Health Information Management will prepare you for the demands of a growing healthcare field. It is estimated that more than 47,000 new professionals will be needed in the field next year. It will prepare you to work with applications systems and manage electronic health information databases.
Because they are aware of the importance of information accuracy, privacy and security, Health Information Managment professionals may be involved in ensuring that the design and use of information systems support patient safety. You will work with nurses, physicians and other healthcare providers in a variety of settings such as hospitals, physician practices, long-term-care facilities, home health care agencies, insurance and managed care organizations and government agencies.
Upon completing the Health Information Management program, you will be eligible to sit for the national Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) credential exam.
