Tennessee Nurses
Association

Tennessee Nurses Association (TNA) was developed in 1905 in an effort to regulate nursing practice. After years of lobbying by their members, TNA was able to get the first nurse practice act to become law. Today, TNA continues to work for professional nurses to improve the quality and cost effectiveness of healthcare.
