Genesis also supplies contract rehabilitation therapy to over 700 health care providers in 23 states and Washington, DC.

On a daily basis, Genesis employees provide round-the-clock care to over 26,000 individuals who reside in its Skilled Nursing Centers, and Assisted Living Communities. It focuses on high acuity patients who require extensive therapies and treatments to stabilize health problems before returning home or to a permanent long-term care setting. Over 90% of its patients come directly from the hospital; half go home within 27 days. Genesis is the largest or second largest long-term care provider in eight of the 13 states it serve.
